The award is an exciting self development programme and encompasses different activities such as development of personal interest and practical life skills, encouraging a sense of responsibility towards the peer group and family members, Physical Recreation and an Adventure tour. It is interesting to note that in India, whilst the programme has long been running in main stream schools, this is the attempt by Raphael and the IAYP first management to extend this to special children. Presently, 30 of the special children and 29 of the Little White House children at Raphael have joined this programme.
